Cancellation/No Show Policy
Your appointment is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least a 48 hour notice for cancellations or adjustments. I also understand that sometimes emergencies do arise.
I schedule my appointments to assure that each of my clients have the perfect amount of time for their service requests.
Please understand that when you forget, cancel or do not show up for your reserved spot without giving notice, it leaves me with a gap that someone may have been trying to get into and can throw off my other client’s appointments.
Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation without notice or a no show could result in a $25 charge per service. An invoice will be sent and charge must be paid prior to your next visit.
